Avocado and Smoked Salmon Salad


Total prep/cook time: ~10 min. Serves 4.














Ingredients:

  • 6 cups mixed salad greens
  • 2 ripe Haas avocados, sliced
  • 1/2 lb smoked salmon, in bite size pieces
  • 4 tbsp light champagne vinaigrette
Directions:

  1. Toss all ingredients and drizzle with dressing. Serve with a slice of whole grain bread.
