Ingredients:
- 4 whole wheat tortillas
- 2 cups baby spinach
- 2 cups rotisserie chicken, cubed (found in deli)
- 1 cup halved red seedless grapes
- 4 tbsp honey-Dijon mustard
Directions:
- Wrap each tortilla in a damp paper towel and microwave 30 seconds. Scatter baby spinach over each tortilla and layer chicken and grapes down the center. Drizzle with mustard, roll up tightly, and cut diagonally in half.
