Ingredients:
- 1 container (10-12 oz) cherry tomatoes, cut in half
- 8 oz fresh mozzarella cheese pearls, drained
- 1 avocado, peeled and diced
- 1/3 cup basil, cut into thin strips
- 4 tbsp pesto
Directions:
- In a large bowl combine all ingredients; toss to coat. Serve with a toasty whole grain loaf of bread.
